Construction Process Overview

1. Materials excavated and stockpiled.

2. Screen and separate oversize material from soil.

3. Re-test soil to ensure material consistency with the sample.

4. Prepare and manage on-site quality control and safety plans.

5. Set up on-site pug mill(s) and produce proprietary Emulsified Treated Base ("ETB") at a production rate up to 300 tons per hour per pug mill.

6. Place and compact the ETB in accordance with acceptable construction practices and the project’s structural specifications.
